MyVoyce is the 100% anonymous, always-available employee app that collects ideas, observations and concerns from employees for delivery straight to the CEO.

Fear of repercussion discourages open sharing by many employees. Lyssin creates a secure space for employees to express ideas without fear or mistrust, overcoming the limitations of email and other legacy feedback methods such as town halls and the “open door” policy.

Lyssin is a valuable addition to inform the HR team, but it is not designed to be an HR tool. The platform creates an open pathway between employees and executive leadership that takes HR out of the flow. Unlike typical business tools, Lyssin doesn’t require any work-related credentials for access. Employees can log in with unique, protected personal identifiers parsed and managed through the MyVoyce servers, establishing an insulated layer that ensures shared insights are completely anonymous and untraceable by company IT.

The decision for an employee to reveal their identity is entirely up to them. The CEO can send a “reveal request” to the employee’s MyVoyce dashboard via the unique ID of the submission only. If the employee chooses to reply and reveal who they are, they can do so. Otherwise, the identity of the employee remains anonymous.

During the onboarding process, we tailor the AI engine to fit your specific needs. 

Lyssin is limited to one executive user. For most organizations, that means that only the CEO (President, Executive/Managing Director, Owner, etc.) can log into the platform. Larger companies can split the organization into more manageable-sized groups, such as national or geographic markets. 

In this case, there may be more than one business leader user license in an organization, however there is no crossover in the employees that share their insights with that leader. Of course, an executive is free to share any insights or issues they choose.
