Our Story

In the innovative heart of the Pacific Northwest, a chance encounter between two dog-walking business leaders sparked a workplace revolution. John, an advisor to CEOs, and Josh, a serial entrepreneur, bonded over a shared frustration: employee voices often go unheard in traditional corporate structures. 
 
The two intrepid explorers envisioned a platform to the common blockers to a transparent workforce, enabling employees to share ideas directly with leadership.
